Photo, telephone and online estimates are based on the information supplied. The final agreed price may change if the volume, weight, waste type, access, labour, travel or disposal requirements differ when inspected. Work proceeds only after the scope and price are agreed.
Items and access
Customers must identify hazardous, restricted, unusually heavy or specialist items before collection and provide safe, reasonable access. Additional work or separately charged disposal items will be explained before they are handled.
Cancellations and changes
Please give as much notice as possible if a booking must change. Costs already incurred for travel, third-party arrangements or reserved capacity may still apply where appropriate.
Responsible disposal
